Optical Sales/ Dispensing Optician

Are you passionate about helping people look and see their best? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Optical Sales Associate / Frame Stylist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting frames that fit their style, prescription needs, and lifestyle
• Educate patients on lens options and upgrades
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper frame adjustments
• Dispense eyewear and provide excellent follow-up care
• Maintain a clean, organized optical area and assist with inventory management
• Support front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous optical or retail sales experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
