Experience Required:

-Minimum of 1 year Optical experience is required.

-Valid Drivers License.

-Qualified and successful candidates will be responsible for promoting, selling and securing orders from new and existing customers through a relationship sale approach.

Salary:

Commisions and expense package.

This is an outside sales B2B position. Experience in Sales is required. A valid driver's license is mandatory as well as access to a vehicle. Cold calling is a requirement.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with optical retailers, eye care professionals, and other B2B clients to expand product reach and sales opportunities
  • Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications of multiple optical frame lines
  • Negotiate sales agreements, pricing terms, and contract details to secure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Manage accounts proactively by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Present detailed product information using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to educate clients on new collections and innovations
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve product positioning
  • Lead outside sales efforts through strategic planning, organized outreach, and follow-up to meet or exceed sales targets

Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the optical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in product demonstrations and technical sales environments involving complex or specialized products
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Experience managing accounts independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and delivering compelling presentations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Previous outside sales experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of optical frames or medical sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
