Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and supervise the optical team.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Oversee inventory control, stock availability, and merchandising.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
- Prepare operational and sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudization requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Optometry, Optical Science, or Business Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in optical retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and international eyewear brands.
- Ability to manage daily showroom operations, sales targets, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Strong leadership, reporting, and customer service skills.
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
