Optical Technician (Arabic Speaking Required)

In line with MedX’s expansion and growth within the optical sector, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Optical Technician to support technical operations and ensure precision, efficiency, and high standards of customer service across our expanding network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lens edging, fitting, and assembly in accordance with prescriptions and technical standards.
• Adjust and repair frames to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and accuracy.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate frames and lenses aligned with prescriptions and lifestyle needs.
• Ensure proper maintenance and handling of optical instruments and equipment.
• Support stock monitoring, merchandising, and operational organization.
• Maintain high service standards in alignment with MedX operational policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Optical Technology (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in optical dispensing or related technical operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a structured and performance-driven environment.
