We operate out of two offices, Oklahoma City and Edmond. We are looking for candidates willing to work at either location.

We are open Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30.

Job Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features
- Help customers choose frames that suit their style and prescription needs
- Adjust frames to ensure proper fit and comfort for customers
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses, including billing and ledgering
- Maintain inventory of eyewear and contact lenses
- Collaborate with optometrists to provide comprehensive eye care services

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an optician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of physiology, ophthalmology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with retail math and sales techniques
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic) for medical records, coding, billing, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, optometrists, and ophthalmologists
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory and customer orders
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

This position does require passing background checks and drug and alcohol testing.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
