We’re looking for a motivated, service-driven Optician (or aspiring optician) to join our busy and growing practice in Watertown, SD. With our recent relocation and continued growth, this is an exciting time to become part of our team!

We are a well-established optometry practice with over 18 years of continued growth. Our team is dedicated to providing top-quality eye care and an outstanding patient experience. We work hard, support one another, and have fun along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Help patients select frames that fit their style, needs, and prescription
• Take accurate measurements and complete the eyewear ordering process
• Manage and merchandise frame displays in our optical boutique
• Build and maintain relationships with frame and product vendors
• Place eyewear orders and coordinate with labs for timely delivery
• Communicate clearly with patients on order status and expectations
• Handle pricing, warranties, and product returns
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or sales experience required (optical experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Self-motivated but also a team player
• Passion for helping people and delivering great service

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
