Optometric Technician

Optometric practice is seeking a part-time and full-time Optometric Technician/Medical Assistant. Technician will assist the doctor with patient care. Responsibilities include gathering patient information (medical history and purpose of visit), quoting some fees, explaining insurance forms to patients, and using equipment to conduct pre-screening exams.

Ideal candidate will preferably have 1 or more years of related experience, but will happily consider candidates with little to no related experience! Prior medical, office, or sales experience is a plus. Must be confident, motivated, and have stable work history. An outgoing and service oriented personality is a must!
