Duties

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating electronic health records using EMR system.
• Support optical services by assisting with frame selection, lens ordering, and retail sales of eyewear products.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to schedule appointments, handle patient check-in/out processes.
• Bilingual helpful
