Optometric Technician (Training Provided!!!)

We're Hiring: Full-Time Optometric Technician
Training Provided

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a customer-focused, full-time Optometric Technician to join our growing team and provide outstanding care to our valued patients.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct detailed patient case histories using EMR
• Accurately perform and record diagnostic tests, including Auto-Refraction, Visual Field, Optomap, OCT, Topography, and Lensometry
• Support and encourage patients to follow through with the doctor’s recommended treatment plans—whether it's eyewear, contacts, ocular treatments, or medical testing
• Assist at the Front Desk by answering phones with enthusiasm and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Provide backup support to the contact lens department, including teaching application/removal and helping with orders and sales
