Job Title: Optometrist / Optical Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Optometrist to join our optical center in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality vision care, assist customers in selecting eyewear, and support the day-to-day operations of the optical shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and visual assessments
• Evaluate patients’ visual acuity, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination
• Diagnose common vision problems, including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and color blindness
• Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend eye care solutions as needed
• Educate patients on proper eye care practices and preventive measures
• Assist the optical shop in frame selection, lens fitting, and sales-related activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Optometry recognized by (PMDC) or relevant health authority certification
• Minimum 8 months to 1 year of experience as an Optometrist in an optical shop.
• Strong knowledge of eye-related disorders, vision correction, and eyewear solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently
