Optometry Front Desk Receptionist/Technician

Our optometry office is in search of a Medical Receptionist to join the team. The receptionist will be responsible for checking patients in, informing doctors of new patients, taking messages and assisting with patient scheduling. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and support doctors and patients.
• Greet patients and families entering the building and assist them with scheduling.
• Answer phones and forward calls to physicians' offices.
• Keep waiting areas clean and stocked with needed materials.
• File insurance claims with insurance companies.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
