Purpose:
To drive sales and collection performance, expand market presence, and manage key dealer relationships for the AC business. The role ensures sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management, market development, and operational excellence, while leading and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and meet sales and collection targets by effectively managing the sales team and key accounts.

Enhance revenue growth by identifying and leveraging market opportunities.

Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue based on market trends and internal data.

Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer and customer relationships through continuous engagement and value-added support.

Ensure wide availability and visibility of Shaker products throughout dealer networks.

Conduct monthly meetings with dealers to align on performance, challenges, and strategic plans.

Identify and pursue new dealer accounts to expand market presence and drive revenue.

Address dealer and vendor requests promptly to strengthen business relationships.

Demonstrate Shaker’s products and services, articulating value propositions and high-level technical specifications.

Contribute to the development of promotional materials and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows through continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.

Organize and manage activities across all channels to ensure efficient operations and effective monitoring for continuous improvement.

Execute company expansion strategies to increase market share and support long-term business success.

Evaluate productivity and propose enhancements to align with departmental goals.

Ensure adherence to credit control policies and collection terms.

Track, collate, and interpret sales figures to support decision-making.

Assign sales and collection targets and distribute dealer/customer accounts to the sales team.

Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and conduct performance reviews.

Guide, supervise, and support direct reports in their daily activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and values.

Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching to enhance team capabilities.

Experience and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

6 to 8 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in the air conditioning or consumer electronics industry.

Experience in managing organized retail channels and leading sales teams is highly desirable

Deep understanding of retail operations, sales forecasting, and account management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in SAP and other CRM/sales applications.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building.
