Oracle APEX Developer

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to join our in-house development team on a night shift (office-based) . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL and practical experience in building and maintaining applications for the real estate and accounting domains .

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX .
• Work on real estate modules (payment plans, booking, property management, customer portals).
• Develop and support accounting modules (journal vouchers, ledgers, payment vouchers, reporting dashboards).
• Write efficient PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers .
• Ensure database performance, security, and data integrity .
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application or database issues during the night shift.
• Maintain documentation for systems, testing, and deployment.

• 3–5 years proven experience as an Oracle APEX Developer .
• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL .
• Experience in real estate systems (installment plans, property sales, CRM).
• Experience in accounting/finance modules (GL, vouchers, expense tracking).
• Familiarity with APEX customization (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) .
• Good understanding of database design and optimization .
• Ability to work independently in a night-shift office environment .

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Exposure to ERP development for real estate or construction companies .
• Experience integrating APIs/REST services with APEX.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field .
