Oracle EBS Specialist


The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). The role involves managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Risk functions. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle EBS support:
  • Configure, administer, and support EBS Core HR, Self-Service, and Payroll .
  • Ensure smooth functionality of EBS Finance (P2P), Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Asset and EBS Procurement (P2P), Purchasing, Quote Analysis, Supplier Management, Customization workflows and iProcurement
  • Conduct periodic system upgrades and patches to maintain system efficiency and security.
  • OFSAA FCCM & Compliance:
  • Implement and manage OFSAA FCCM modules, including AML, KYC, ROAR, and TBAML .
  • Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop risk assessment strategies and financial crime detection solutions.
  • OFSAA Finance & Performance Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and support of OFSAA Finance solutions (ALM, PFT, TP) .
  • Enhance financial analytics and risk management processes.
  • Provide guidance on financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Data Integration & ETL (ODI Expert):
  • Lead ODI ETL development to facilitate high-quality data transformations and integrations.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within enterprise applications.
  • Time & Attendance Solutions:
  • Manage and support Time and Attendance Solutions integrated with HRMS.
  • Optimize workforce management processes through automation.
  • Develop reporting tools for attendance tracking and payroll processing.


Technical Expertise:

  • Strong experience in EBS Finance (P2P), Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Asset and EBS Procurement (P2P), Purchasing, Quote Analysis, Supplier Management, Customization workflows and iProcurement
  • Deep understanding of OFSAA FCCM (AML, KYC, ROAR, TBAML) and OFSAA Finance (ALM, PFT, TP), FSDW and FSDF understandings
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI ETL) for high-performance data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB administration .
  • Experience in managing Time and Attendance Solutions integrated with HRMS.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, financial, and regulatory compliance standards .
  • Expertise in cloud-based integrations and modernization of legacy systems .


Functional Expertise:

  • Business process analysis and system enhancements for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement .
  • Design and implementation of financial crime risk management solutions .
  • Data governance, security, and integrity best practices.
  • Stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and project management.
  • Compliance with banking and financial industry regulatory frameworks .


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and OFSAA implementations, support, and enhancements.
  • Expert knowledge in ODI ETL , ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Proven track record in implementing and supporting Time and Attendance solutions .
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications in EBS, OFSAA, or ODI .
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks .
  • Experience with cloud computing and system modernization .
