Job Title : Oracle CDM (Customer Data Management) Consultant
Location : Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Contract

Role Overview
The Oracle CDM Consultant will lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of the Customer Data Management (CDM) module, integrating with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, order orchestration). The consultant will help define master data strategy, ensure data consistency, and drive best practices across customer data domains.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the functional lead for Oracle CDM (Customer Data Management) module
Define master data strategy by analyzing customer data from multiple sources
Perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of customer data from Oracle Fusion ERP to Salesforce (SFDC) or other systems
Configure prototypes in sandbox/dev environments; validate and refine with stakeholders
Sketch solution designs (whiteboarding), document functional design, solution approach
Work with business users to collect requirements and map business processes (e.g., in Visio)
Engage in all phases of project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, support
Collaborate with IT / technical teams to recommend changes or optimizations in existing architecture or use cases
Ensure alignment with upstream sales processes and downstream order orchestration / supply chain flows
Maintain data quality, address duplicate detection, hierarchy management, relationship modeling of entities (accounts, contacts, prospects)
Provide detailed documentation and deliverables; participate in review sessions, status calls
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present solution options, manage expectations
Troubleshoot post-go-live data issues, support enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CDM implementation (or related customer data management
Experience in at least one full implementation (from analysis through go-live)
Deep understanding of customer data domains: account, contact, prospect, relationships, hierarchies
Experience with Oracle 11i or R12 or other CRM systems is a plus
Strong ETL / data transformation experience (import, cleansing, merging, deduplication)
Ability to configure working prototypes in a development/sandbox environment
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills
Experience or exposure to sales/order / order orchestration / supply chain integration

Ability to work onsite part of the week
