Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst

The Programmer Analyst will provide ongoing functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This role is responsible for maintenance, configuration support, issue resolution, reporting development, workflow configuration, integration monitoring, and documentation. The position works closely with business stakeholders to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Troubleshoot system issues and document root cause and resolution
  • Support Oracle Fusion Financials, Projects, and Procurement modules
  • Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries, reports, dashboards, and BI solutions
  • Configure approval workflows and manage security roles
  • Monitor and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Assist with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) access and security controls
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Conduct system testing and validation for enhancements and updates
  • Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather and clarify business requirements
  • Provide user training and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards are maintained

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP as an implementer, analyst, or super user
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Projects, and Procurement
  • Experience developing SQL and/or PL/SQL queries and reports
  • Experience configuring workflows and approval rules in SaaS applications
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security and access controls preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

NOTE: Candidate must be a US Citizen or GC Holder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
