Key Responsibilities

Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to build trusted, long-term relationships and position Conneqtion Group as a strategic Oracle partner.

Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and OCI (IaaS, Database, Analytics, Integration).

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and solution alignment to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with Presales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to design and present customized Oracle Cloud solutions.

Execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Keep up to date with Oracle’s roadmap, commercial models, and competitive positioning.

Contribute to account planning, joint Oracle campaigns, and large deal strategies.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer business processes and map them effectively to Oracle Cloud solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
8+years of experience in direct sales or presales, preferably focused on Oracle SaaS (Fusion Cloud) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Proven experience in selling ERP implementation or cloud transformation services.

Familiarity with OCI offerings such as IaaS, Database, Analytics, and Integration.

Experience managing sales across specific regions or territories for Oracle Cloud solutions.

Demonstrated success in closing large Oracle SaaS / PaaS / OCI deals single-handedly (mention examples or range if applicable).

Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas consistently.

Strong ability to engage and influence CXOs and senior decision-makers in complex sales cycles.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Gen AI, analytics, and emerging cloud technologies is an advantage.

Oracle certifications or Oracle Partner Network experience preferred.
