Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security assessments, design, and implementations
• Strong understanding of ERP security, cloud security risks, and Oracle application security
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Security Console including:
• Custom role creation, tailoring seeded roles
• User administration (adding/modifying users, roles, data security, profiles)
• Experience with data roles, custom security profiles, AOR assignments
• Experience performing HDL loads and restricting payroll flows and document types
• Ability to identify and manage security risks and controls, SOX readiness, and RMC configuration
• Experience with role-based security (ERP, EPM, OTBI)
• Quarterly patch analysis, regression testing, SDLC support, configuration migration, QA
• Conducting SOD analysis and risk mitigation
• Securing Oracle BI reports, data models, analysis, and subject areas
• Strong communication and project management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle GRC or Oracle RMC (AAC, AFC, FRC)
• Exposure to Oracle ERP or HCM modules
• Consulting or Big 4 experience
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
• Automation using Python, C#, VBA
• Troubleshooting using PL/SQL
