Job Description:

Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation, Rollout & Support projects with strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

Hands-on experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing Fit-Gap analysis, and independently driving discussions with business users.

Strong functional knowledge in HR processes along with technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle HRMS tables & schema, User Hooks, validations, Data Migration, Oracle APIs, and Payroll Fast Formulas & Functions.

Experience in handling system configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and post-production support activities.

Ability to prepare key project deliverables including Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, Training materials, and reporting requirements.

Good understanding of system integrations and customization in Oracle HRMS.

Exposure to Oracle Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) modules is an added advantage.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working with cross-functional and integrated project teams.

Willingness to work in a functional HR-focused role with minimal dependency on technical teams.
