Role Overview:
The Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, customization, support, and continuous optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and Payroll modules. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise to align Oracle Payroll solutions with business requirements and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize existing payroll business processes within Oracle EBS.
  • Gather, analyze, and document HR and Payroll requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS modules, primarily Payroll, Core HR, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Absence Management.
  • Map business processes to Oracle EBS functionalities and identify gaps requiring customization.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and HR rules.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios, coordinate Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure Oracle Payroll configuration complies with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems using APIs, SQL Loader, and integration tools.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for production issues, including debugging and data fixes.
  • Customize and support Oracle Workflow and Approval Management Engine (AME) for HR and Payroll process approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (12.2.x) Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.
  • Strong experience in gap analysis and detailed functional design documentation.
  • 7-10+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll experience, including 2-3 full life-cycle implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Payroll processing, including setup of elements, links, balances, and gross-to-net calculations.
  • Proven ability to write, test, and debug Fast Formulas.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; capable of engaging with business users at all levels.
  • Oracle certification(s) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
