Role: Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Consultant - Arabic

Experience: 7-10 Years

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation, Rollout & Support projects experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Learning, Recruitment, Succession.
• Having good experience in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces etc.)
• Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus.
• Independently drive the business users to understand the requirements, gather and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams.
