Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Functional Consultant to support large-scale implementation and transformation programs in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules, with hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively engage with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to Oracle EBS SCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
  • Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules, including:
  • Oracle Purchasing
  • Oracle Advanced Procurement
  • Oracle iProcurement
  • Supplier Lifecycle Management (iSupplier, Supplier Management)
  • Oracle Sourcing & Contracts
  • Asset Maintenance
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation, including:
  • Solution Design Documents
  • Functional Specifications
  • Setup & Configuration Documents
  • SIT & UAT Test Scripts
  • Reporting Requirements
  • End-user Training Materials
  • Provide post-go-live and production support, including issue resolution and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders within integrated project environments
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with project scope and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM functional consulting
  • Proven experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
  • Strong functional knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large enterprise or government sector projects in KSA/GCC
  • Understanding of regional procurement regulations and compliance standards
  • Oracle certifications in SCM modules (preferred)
