Oracle Financial Systems Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financial Systems Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based financial applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that support accounting, reporting, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Customize and configure Oracle Financial applications according to business requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and interfaces using Oracle tools (SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Oracle financial applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, finance teams, and technical staff to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and data security standards.
• Document configurations, customizations, and technical solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Financial Systems (EBS or Fusion).
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports development.
• Experience in financial business processes and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Oracle certifications in Financials or Applications Development are a plus.
