Oracle Functional Consultant

• Own end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle modules including WIP, BOM, INV, and Costing.
• Collaborate with SCM teams to ensure seamless integration across modules such as Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend best practices for manufacturing operations.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
• Manage testing cycles including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work closely with technical teams for development and deployment of custom solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: INV, BOM, MFG, Purchasing, and Order Management.
• Ability to write detailed functional documentation and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.
