Oracle Fusion Business Analyst


Project Background/Purpose

As part of the client's comprehensive re-engineering effort to enhance the people, processes, and technology within their Finance function, they are supporting an Oracle Fusion Transformation program. This program will implement new modules and functionality, enhance existing modules and functionality, and remediate existing modules and functionality currently being used incorrectly.

Day-to-Day Duties
  • Participate in the Oracle Fusion Transformation program to implement and enhance modules and functionality.
  • Conduct various types of testing including Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Perform Test Planning, Test Execution, and manage Defect Triage, Tracking, and Resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion solutions.
Skills Required
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms and associated business/finance functions.
  • Hands-on, practical experience with Oracle Fusion testing types.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Projects Financials Management is a plus.
