Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS/Fusion Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in Oracle HRMS applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle EBS/Fusion development and integration, along with functional exposure to HR modules.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS with 80% Technical and 20% Functional expertise
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle EBS Application Object Library
- Oracle Workflow
- XML Publisher / BI Publisher
- Oracle Alerts
- Oracle APEX (Interactive Grid, Dynamic Actions, Security, APEX Workflow)
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services
- Experience with FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Expertise in OTBI Analysis & Dashboards
- Strong Oracle Database skills including:
- SQL
- PL/SQL
- Advanced PL/SQL
- Performance Tuning

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS solutions
- Design integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, and HDL
- Create reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot application issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution delivery
