Job Description

Mandatory Skills

1. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and compliance .
3. Hands-on experience with OIC , BI Publisher , OTBI , and data migration strategies .
4. Proven ability to design real-time integrations between ERP and financial systems.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in global rollouts for finance transformation programs.
2. Knowledge of Tax, Subledger Accounting (SLA) , and Reporting tools .
3. Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials and OCI .

Soft Skills

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
2. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
