Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management Consultant

• Should have 4-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with expertise in Absence Management implementation.
• Proficient in setting up absence plans and configuring fast formulas for automated leave accruals.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM core modules including Core HR, Time and Labor, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Experience in integrating Absence with other HCM modules such as Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Skilled in managing approval workflows and customizing them as per business requirements.
• Capable of making design decisions and proposing best-fit solutions aligned with industry best practices.
