Role & responsibilities
- Analyse and redesign HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
- Lead implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA/GOSI, and Emiratisation requirements.
- Support HR workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and analytics dashboards.
- Manage UAT, data migration, payroll validation, training, and post-go-live support.
- Drive change management and user adoption across business units.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and HR process transformation.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA/GOSI, and Emiratisation policies.
- Experience in HR automation, stakeholder management, and business requirement gathering.
- Good understanding of HR analytics, reporting, and change management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
