Oracle Fusion Hcm Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities
  • Analyse and redesign HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
  • Lead implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA/GOSI, and Emiratisation requirements.
  • Support HR workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and analytics dashboards.
  • Manage UAT, data migration, payroll validation, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive change management and user adoption across business units.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and HR process transformation.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA/GOSI, and Emiratisation policies.
  • Experience in HR automation, stakeholder management, and business requirement gathering.
  • Good understanding of HR analytics, reporting, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
