Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant to lead and deliver complex Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to design, configure, and optimize human capital management processes, improve HR operations, and drive successful client outcomes. This role requires strong collaboration with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable HR solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and upgrade projects, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze business processes and provide best-practice recommendations to optimize HCM workflows, data management, security, and reporting.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Payroll where applicable) to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop integration approaches (HCM extracts, ADP/Payroll interfaces, OTBI reports, BI Publisher) and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Lead client workshops, present findings, and provide clear project documentation, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior consultants, support sales pursuits with RFPs and demos, and contribute to reusable accelerators and methodology.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and data privacy standards and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades
  • Strong knowledge of HCM business processes, data models, security, and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion HCM certifications or related ERP certifications
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA/ADF)
  • HR domain experience across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, services, financial services)
  • Project management skills and the ability to work in a multi-client, consulting environment

Education and Certifications

Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant Oracle certifications preferred.
