Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge with strong project leadership, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to design and deploy scalable supply chain solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM projects from discovery through go-live, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as the primary functional expert on Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and related integrations).
  • Translate business needs into effective system configurations, workflows, and interfaces that optimize performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, and PMO) to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, cutover plans, and user training programs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and run design workshops to capture future-state processes.
  • Provide leadership in issue resolution, risk management, and escalation handling during project delivery.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the creation of reusable assets, templates, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and configuration
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion SCM modules (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices
  • Proven track record delivering full lifecycle ERP cloud projects for mid to large enterprises
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team, with strong stakeholder management
  • Oracle certifications related to Fusion SCM are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and third-party integrations (ERP to e-commerce, WMS, MES, third-party logistics)
  • Background in data migration, data quality, and cutover execution
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or retail supply chains
  • Certifications in project management or Oracle Cloud certifications beyond SCM

Skills And Competencies

  • Functional expertise: Oracle Fusion SCM configurations, security model, and reporting
  • Technical proficiency: SQL basics, data mapping, and functional debugging
  • Communication: clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Leadership: ability to drive workshops, influence decisions, and mentor team members
  • Problem-solving: structured approach to issue resolution and risk mitigation
  • Adaptability: comfortable in fast-paced environments and changing priorities

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certifications or equivalent credentials preferred
  • Additional certifications in project management or ERP domains are a plus
