Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge with strong project leadership, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to design and deploy scalable supply chain solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM projects from discovery through go-live, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Serve as the primary functional expert on Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and related integrations).

Translate business needs into effective system configurations, workflows, and interfaces that optimize performance and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, and PMO) to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Develop and execute data migration strategies, cutover plans, and user training programs.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and run design workshops to capture future-state processes.

Provide leadership in issue resolution, risk management, and escalation handling during project delivery.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the creation of reusable assets, templates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and configuration

Deep hands-on knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion SCM modules (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning)

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices

Proven track record delivering full lifecycle ERP cloud projects for mid to large enterprises

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

ability to work independently and in a team, with strong stakeholder management

Oracle certifications related to Fusion SCM are advantageous
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and third-party integrations (ERP to e-commerce, WMS, MES, third-party logistics)

Background in data migration, data quality, and cutover execution

Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

Industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or retail supply chains

Certifications in project management or Oracle Cloud certifications beyond SCM

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
