Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Consultant

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management with strong expertise in Supply Planning.
• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management to meet business needs.
• Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design, aligning functionalities with client objectives.
• Design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes with seamless integrations.
• Plan and execute testing strategies – unit, integration, and UAT – ensuring functional and performance compliance.
• Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver post-go-live support.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of complex supply planning issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Business Users) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Apply best practices and recommend improvements in Unconstrained Supply Planning.
• Stay updated with Oracle SCP best practices, patches, and industry trends for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
