Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Talent Management Consultant with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules, particularly within the Redwood user experience. The consultant will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Talent solutions for enterprise clients, enabling modern talent management processes powered by AI and dynamic skills intelligence.
The candidate should possess strong consulting and client-facing capabilities and should have successfully delivered at least three full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations involving Talent Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions for Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Talent solutions using Redwood pages and experiences.
- Implement and support the following Oracle Fusion modules and capabilities:
- Goals & Performance Management
- Oracle Grow
- Talent Profile Management
- Dynamic Skills
- Oracle AI capabilities delivered out-of-the-box within Fusion HCM
- Advise clients on best practices for talent transformation and employee experience.
- Configure talent review processes, competency frameworks, career development, succession-related talent data, and learning journeys.
- Support AI-driven features such as skill recommendations, learning suggestions, career growth insights, and talent intelligence capabilities.
- Conduct CRPs, UAT sessions, training workshops, and production support activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, setup documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Work closely with technical, integration, reporting, and change management teams.
- Support data migration, security validation, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and optimization recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in Talent Management modules.
- Must have successfully delivered at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Grow
- Talent Profiles
- Dynamic Skills Framework
- Redwood Experience
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM AI capabilities and talent intelligence features.
- Experience conducting client workshops, solution demonstrations, and user trainings.
- Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and best practices.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL, security concepts, and reporting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience - 5 - 8 Years
Location - Onsite UAE/KSA, Flexible to work offshore
