Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Putaway, Picking, Cycle Counting, and Warehouse Operations.
• Handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and track issue resolution.
• Analyze integration issues between WMS and other modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics).
• Support configuration changes, rule updates, and system validations as required.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist business teams in daily operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in regression testing, UAT support, and deployment of minor enhancements.
• Provide knowledge transfer and end-user support for warehouse processes.
• Document support activities, configuration changes, and update SOPs.

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS, with strong expertise in WMS functional processes.
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping
• Inventory Transactions & Adjustments
• Task Management
• Warehouse Rules & Strategies
• Scanning/Barcode processes
• Experience handling support projects with tight SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of integrations with 3PL systems, OTBI/Fusion Analytics, and REST/SOAP services.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SCM, OM, Procurement, Inventory).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
