Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) Technical Consultant – MENA Region

• Should have at-least 10+ years experience
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert providing end-to-end technical consulting for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects in the MENA region.
• Responsible for design, development, testing, and support of technical components including: BI Reports, Integrations, Data Migrations, Workflows, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts.
• Conduct technical workshops, requirements gathering, and business mapping with stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, develop test plans, and ensure delivery of thoroughly tested solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, analysis reports, training material, and requirements documents.
• Support existing customer solutions by resolving issues, enhancements, and Oracle support escalations.
• Adhere to industry best practices, development standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams, providing cross-functional solutions and knowledge sharing.
• Accurately estimate timelines for delivery and ensure on-time execution.
• Present solutions clearly, provide technical training to colleagues and client teams.
• Strong technical expertise across Oracle Cloud toolset with proven experience in HCM Cloud implementations.
• Demonstrates persistence, ownership, and passion for delivering quality solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
