Job Title: Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

Experience: 4+ years

Work mode: WFH

Location: Anywhere from South India. Must be ready to travel onsite after joining.

Preferred Candidates Location: Anywhere from South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala etc)

Np: immediate-30 days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have 4+ years of experience as a Consultant in Oracle HCM with a minimum of 2 full cycles implementation.
• At least 2 full implementations experience as a functional consultant in Oracle fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll Management, Absence Management) with Reporting and Data migration experience within the implementation & Support projects.
• Implementation & support of EBS R12 along with fusion is preferred.
• Good Functional knowledge in all Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules
• Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, technical documents.
• Should have experience of Stakeholder management.
• Incident Management, Resolving issues in the provided SLA along with managing ITSM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• SmartView, FRS, OTBI Report & Dashboards (simple) development knowledge preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
