Job Description

Minimum 7 years of experience

Should have Implemented and supported Middle east payroll

Lead end-to-end support of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll

Should be aware of Middle east localizations (GOSI, WPS, End of Service, Gratuity etc.,)

Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence and Time & Labor modules

Experience in Fast Formula for Payroll

Familiarity with Payroll Costing and accounting integrations with Oracle Financials

Stay updated on regional labour laws and statutory changes impacting payroll and HCM processes
