Requirement:- Oracle HCM Functional Consultant(Onsite)

Experience:-8 to 12 Years

Location:-Abu-Dhabi (Dubai)

Work type:- Contract up to 1 year

Job Description for Oracle HCM Functional:-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
• Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
• Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
• Understanding of HR processes and policies
• Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent, and Learning modules experience

Preferred Modules Experience(Onsite):-

• Core HR
• Payroll (Country-specific, e.g., UAE/KSA)
• Absence Management
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
