Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Principal Oracle HCM to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being,

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of our Oracle enterprise applications
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Oracle environment
• Manage Oracle application upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Oracle application solutions
• Ensure adherence to Oracle application standards, policies, and procedures
• Develop and implement the organization's data analytics strategy in alignment with business goals

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in managing Oracle enterprise applications and leading data analytics initiatives
• Strong functional and/or technical understanding of Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications)
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, cloud-based data warehouses)
