Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any of: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline. Advanced degrees or Oracle professional certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on technical experience implementing, administering, and supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM platforms in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven technical expertise in Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPMA, including environment configuration, metadata management, security administration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase, including cube design, calculation scripts, load rules, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance management of multi-dimensional databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in FDMEE and Data Management, including data integration design, source system connectivity, mappings, validation rules, automation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting (FR) and Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS) from a technical perspective, including report deployment, security, scheduling, and system integration.
  • Solid understanding of Hyperion system architecture, environments (DEV / TEST / PROD), patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and integration with Oracle databases and enterprise systems.

Role and responsibility:

  • Provide ongoing technical support, administration, and maintenance of the Oracle Hyperion EPM environment for Maliyah during post implementation, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues raised by the primary Maliyah support team, performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across Hyperion applications and supporting components.
  • Design, configure, and maintain the Hyperion technical architecture, including environments (DEV / TEST / PROD), security configuration, integrations, performance tuning, and system optimisation.
  • Manage and support Hyperion Essbase, including cube configuration, calculation scripts, data load rules, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting of multidimensional databases.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain data integrations and interfaces using FDMEE and Data Management, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled data movement between source systems and Hyperion applications.
  • Support and maintain Financial Reporting (FR) and EPRCS from a technical perspective, including report deployment, scheduling, security setup, and integration with Hyperion data sources.
  • mplement and manage technical enhancements, patches, upgrades, and environment changes, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices, security standards, and change management processes.
  • Design and implement technical solutions and system configurations based on approved business and functional requirements, working closely with functional Hyperion experts and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, interfaces, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides, to support operational continuity and audit readiness.
  • Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on Hyperion system administration, integrations, and support processes to build longterm capability.
