Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)

Location: Remote work (Ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad, we intend to open an office in Hyderabad later in the year which will become the office base.)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations and workflow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Process Automation, event-driven architectures, and secure API integrations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role requires a strong understanding of API security, OAuth2/JWT, and data security and compliance best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build and manage workflows using Oracle Process Automation, including human and system-driven processes.
• Implement event-driven integrations using OIC Events and OCI services.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, integrating with internal and external systems.
• Implement secure API integrations using OAuth2, JWT, and other API authentication patterns.
• Integrate OIC with OCI API Services and other OCI components.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Apply best practices for API security, encryption, and access control.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and security configurations.

Experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in integration development, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proven experience with Oracle Process Automation for workflow and business process orchestration.
• Experience implementing event-based integrations and asynchronous processing.
• Strong understanding of OCI API Services and OCI integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2, JWT, and API authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of API security best practices, including token management and secure communication.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance (e.g., data privacy, encryption, access control).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and security issues.

Preferred qualifications:

• Oracle OIC or OCI certifications.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
• Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, government).
