Oracle OBIEE

Education & Experience:

• Having a computer science degree
• minimum 8 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and nontechnical personnel
• Hands on experience in Design, development, delivery, and maintenance of OBIEE
• Experience in RPD modeling (Physical, BMM, and Presentation layer)
• Security implementation of OBIEE repository level
• Implementing repository and system variables, initialization blocks
• Working with aggregates, hierarchies, cache management, scheduler
• Installation and configuration of system environments
• Performance tuning and enforcing repository best practices
• Develop front-end, metadata and ETL specification to support business requirements for reporting
• Responsible for set up and maintenance of both Production and NonProduction environments Desired Skills
• Experience in Data Modeling for a BI Data Warehouse with an understanding of implications for ETL as well as reporting needs. - Strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills. - Strong financial domain knowledge to provide effective business solutions

Role and responsibility:

• Support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Analytics Server
• Develop/Modify Maliyah OBIEE reports and dashboards
• Support integration issues related to Analytics Data Warehouse from various data sources
• Provide support for escalated issues from primary Maliyah support team
• Troubleshoot Production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes.
• Develop reporting standards and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency.
• Maintain Issue logs
• Prepare adequate documentation
