Oracle Opera PMS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant based in Egypt to provide implementation, configuration, training, and post-implementation support for hotel and restaurant clients in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on Oracle Hospitality solutions including Opera PMS, Opera Cloud PMS, Sales & Event, OXI, and Infor SunSystems.

What You’ll Do

•       Configure, install, train, and support Opera PMS, Sales & Event, OXI, and related interfaces.

•       Manage and resolve customer support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.

•       Analyse and troubleshoot application issues with timely resolution per SLA commitments.

•       Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

•       Provide technical and operational training to hotel staff during implementation and go-live.

•       Handle application upgrades, system migrations, and post-live support.

•       Liaise with customers and internal teams for effective communication and follow-up.

•       Stay updated with product releases and adhere to support procedures.

What We’re Looking For

•       Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing and supporting Oracle Hospitality solutions (Opera PMS, S&C, OXI, Simphony POS).

•       Experience in hotel or restaurant system management, front office, reservations, or accounting is a plus.

•       Knowledge of Oracle database, APIs, and reporting tools.

•       Experience with Windows Server environments and networking basics.

•       Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.

•       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

•       Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

•       Customer-focused with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

•       Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

•       Ability to travel if necessary.
