Oracle Primavera Unifier Administrator

• Should have 4–8 years of experience in administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Primavera Unifier, providing both technical and functional assistance to end users and project teams.
• Hands-on experience in managing user access, permissions, and security roles, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving first- and second-line Unifier application issues, coordinating with Oracle Support for complex escalations.
• Experience in configuring and customizing business processes, including project management, cost management, and schedule management modules within Unifier.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring, performance optimization, and maintenance best practices to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Capable of preparing and maintaining support documentation, conducting user training, and developing training materials.
• Exposure to system upgrades, patch management, and integration testing involving Unifier and other enterprise systems.
• Good knowledge of database concepts (SQL) and web technologies to support integrations and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
• Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, or capital projects will be an added advantage.
• Oracle Primavera or Unifier certification is preferred.
