Job Title: Oracle Delivery Lead / Project Manager – HCM & ERP (Global Implementations)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle HCM and ERP implementations. The candidate will lead large-scale, global transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions and business functions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex, end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM and ERP projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Manage large, global and complex implementations across multiple geographies (including US regions such as Boston and DC area).
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Oversee combined HCM + ERP programs, ensuring seamless integration between HR and Finance systems.
• Manage project financials, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with project methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and testing teams.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Project Manager in Oracle implementations
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, etc.)
• Oracle ERP / Finance modules
• Experience handling large, global, and complex transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience managing projects in onsite/offshore models
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US clients (Boston / DC area exposure is a plus)
• Experience in combined HCM + ERP implementations
• PMP / Prince2 or equivalent project management certification
• Knowledge of Agile / Hybrid delivery models
• 15+ years of experience

Work Location: Remote

Pay: $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
