Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end implementation and support engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to design, configure, and support complex revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support for Oracle RMCS Cloud.

• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to gather and document revenue recognition requirements.

• Configure RMCS components, including:

• Performance Obligations and Satisfaction Events

• Revenue Contracts

• Standalone Selling Prices (SSP)

• Revenue Allocations, Schedules, and Adjustments

• Manage and support end-to-end integrations between RMCS and upstream sub-ledger systems such as:

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Oracle Projects

• Order Management (OM)

• Subscriptions

• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities for revenue contracts and transactions.

• Work closely with Accounting Hub (AHCS) and General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate accounting and financial posting flows.

• Prepare and maintain:

• Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

• Solution blueprints

• Configuration and support documentation

• Partner with technical teams to design and review:

• BI Publisher reports and layouts

• Custom integrations and extensions

• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle RMCS Cloud.

• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).

• Experience integrating RMCS with Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including AR, GL, Projects, and OM.

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.

• Expertise in functional configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting flows.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS).

• Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI, and financial reporting customization.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

• Oracle Cloud Certification (RMCS / Financials) is a plus.

• Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.

Pay: ₹337,477.22 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
