Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OSS/BSS RODOD End-to-End Architect (BRM) to lead architecture, design, and implementation initiatives across telecom digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Billing & Revenue Management (BRM), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and end-to-end OSS/BSS ecosystem integration.

The role requires hands-on architectural leadership in Development and Managed Services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for OSS/BSS transformation programs.
• Define RODOD (Rapid Order Design & Order Delivery) architecture framework.
• Design and implement BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) solutions.
• Drive Order-to-Cash (O2C) process optimization.
• Lead system integration across CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, Order Management, and Provisioning systems.
• Define high-level and low-level solution architecture documents (HLD/LLD).
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of BSS/OSS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams.
• Support production issues and managed services governance when required.
• Provide technical leadership and solution guidance to development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS domain.
• Strong expertise in BRM (Oracle BRM preferred).
• Experience in RODOD / Order Management / O2C lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of Billing, Charging, Mediation, CRM, and Provisioning systems.
• Experience in E2E Solution Architecture and System Integration.
• Hands-on experience in Telecom Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Telecom operators in GCC (UAE/KSA preferred).
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
• Experience in Agile / DevOps environments.
• Exposure to Managed Services operations.
