Join IBM Consulting as an Oracle Supply Chain Planning Consultant. This role focuses on designing and implementing Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions for clients across various industries, driving innovation in hybrid cloud and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle, including requirement analysis, business process documentation, and solution design.
- Develop, configure, and deploy Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions while ensuring project processes and deliverables are met.
- Guide project teams, both on shore and off shore, and manage small consultant groups.
- Contribute to proposal development and demonstrate solutions to prospective customers.
- Maintain strong client-facing communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
- 8+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications.
Preferred Technical & Professional Experience
- Experience with full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles; proficiency in Demand Management and Supply Planning.
- Leadership of work streams and delegation to consultant teams.
- Expertise in solution design, requirements analysis, functional design, configuration documentation, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.
- Collaboration with technical teams on interface design, development, and testing.
- Strong client facing and communication skills, ability to multi task and travel to client sites.
