Oracle Technical Consultant Opportunity (Onsite - Libya)

We need a senior leader to take full ownership of our Oracle Fusion ecosystem. You will set the strategy and lead the implementation, optimization, and support for our Oracle Cloud (Fusion) platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic expert.

Who You Are:

• A strategic leader with 15+ years in IT, including 10+ years with Oracle ERP.
• A Program Director or Principal Consultant with 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud SCM/Financials initiatives.
• An expert in leading Oracle Cloud HCM consulting projects.
• Hands-on with implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide end-to-end direction for the entire Oracle Fusion portfolio (SCM, Financials, HCM).
• Program Management: Lead and deliver complex Oracle Cloud programs from start to finish.
• Hands-On Configuration: Use your deep expertise in:
• Oracle Cloud ERP Financials & SCM
• Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
• Business Process Management (BPM) workflows
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot critical issues and act as the main contact for external Oracle support.

Must-Have Experience:

• Proven track record as a Program Director for Oracle Cloud SCM/Financials.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM and its integration with Financials.
• Implementation and support experience with Oracle HCM modules.
• Experience configuring Oracle BPM workflows.
• Experience managing external Oracle support providers.
