Job Title: Oracle Utilities WACS Functional Consultant / Solution Architect

We are looking for Oracle WACS Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) for key clients in the Saudi Utilities sector (Water, Energy, Electric).

The role requires deep functional knowledge of asset management lifecycle, work management, and the ability to bridge business requirements with Oracle's SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead WACS implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Functional Expertise: Configure and manage comprehensive work and asset management modules, including Asset Register, Maintenance & Inspections, Work Management, Materials Management, and Inventory.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate WACS with Oracle Field Service (OFS), Mobile GIS applications, and other ERP systems.
  • Client Advisory: Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide tailored, industry-best-practice solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Use built-in Analytics Visualization and Asset Performance Management (APM) tools to provide data-driven insights into asset health, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiencies.
  • Documentation: Create functional design documents (FDD), user training materials, and support documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Maintenance Management, with at least 3-4 years focusing on Oracle Utilities products (WACS/WAM).
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) or Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM) v2.x.
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and cloud SaaS implementation methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (2022/2023 Implementation Professional) is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Native/Fluent Arabic speaker is essential for client-facing roles in Saudi Arabia. Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience with GIS (Geographical Information Systems) integration.
  • Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations in a public sector or major utility environment.
  • Familiarity with SAAS deployment and prebuilt implementation accelerators.
